Who we are

Founded by Emma, Pause Within is dedicated to making yoga accessible, supportive, and restorative. Our mission is to help you recharge, release stress, and reconnect with yourself.

For the past 15 years, yoga has been Emma’s grounding force through life’s twists and turns. Through years of dedicated training, personal practice and immersions, she has deepened her understanding of the mind-body connection and continues to explore new approaches to support wellbeing, balance, and self-awareness in everyday life.

Emma’s practice is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine foundations and informed by a 200-hour Vinyasa YTT, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra trainings. These diverse approaches allow her to create sessions and workshops that are tailored, holistic, and grounded.

We run workshops and themed classes such as:

  • Yin & Yoga Nidra

  • From “Yang to Yin”: Vinyasa and Yin flows

  • Restorative and Nidra

    … or a combination of all the above!

All of our offerings are inspired by the elements and seasonal cycles, creating practices that support balance, energy flow, and emotional wellbeing.
